This time I mean business

So I'm sick of my weight. It seems like my weight keeps creeping up on me and then I just get used to it after a period of shock when I realize what's happening.

Before I entered college I weighed 179. I'm 27 now and weigh 222. Unbelievable. I can still remember how upset I was when I realized I weighed 190.

My plan? Originally I was going to do Atkins but due to some digestive issues I'm being treated for I can't do that. I'm planning on eating a calorie restricted diet and spending 20 min a day on cultivating a vision for a healthy life - that could be watching youtube vids, reading articles, posting to this forum, etc. Then I'll start to exercise everyday - nothing crazy, just 15 min or so to start - running, weights, tennis or golf.

I'm logging all my food in a great app for my iphone.
