This is the way lose fat....?

Hello all,

I was wondering if we could all chip in with our experiences, learn from each others mistakes and come up with a solution to all of our health issues and a direction towards all of our fitness aims???

1. What hurdles have you come across when you try to lose fat?

2. How have you overcome these hurdles?

3. What does a person NEED to do to the body, to lose fat. Lose it as fast as possible, as safe as possible and Keep it off?

4. What needs to be put into body to keep it lean?

5. How consistent does a person NEED to be to lose a significant amount of fat?

6. What overall benefits are there from being tight, fit, and healthy?

I would say the key is maintaining lots of exercise like sports because walking can only do so much, maintain eating healthy foods, an excellent example is following the paleo diet which persuades you to eat only foods that can be harvested and hunted like what was necessary for our ancestors to survive like fresh meat and vegetables. not like chemically infested meat or vegetables. Also MINDSET which is an overlooked key that is so important you cannot achieve your goals with out them. if you have the right believe and the hard work ethic that is required to achieve any goal in life you can achieve your health goals.

See that overall goal but break it down into manageable steps so you don't get discouraged stick to it until you have achieved it so don't give up

Be very clear on yourself to take massive action Ask yourself this if I was dying on my death bed today would I feel proud of my life? Did I conquer fear?, Did I achieve my goals and dreams? was I happy?. if not ask yourself what do I need to do and the answers will come.
