Oks...so this is my weight loss diary...and yeah i realize im too young for dieting..and no im not one of those teenagers whose here to get muscular..just need to lose some weight..im a lil overweight and honestly..it sucks to be a teenager with 30+ pounds...so..i want to make this "diary" not just another list of boring accomplisments..sooo with ur help..ill make it a weight lost motivation forum..heres how it works..you tell us youre story..and well cheer you on..
and plz dont try to get me to do any diets...my diet..is healthy foods...no snacks btween lunch and dinner..sum milk b4 bed..and it works...ive done it b4..and then i stopped..also exercise is important..so im singing up for tae-kwan-do..kk plz help out pplz
