No more messing around. Time to do it properly.

Reading some of your stories of weight loss has made me realise that no amount of half arsed cardio or eating things which I know are bad for me and conveniently "forgetting" to put it into my log will help me reach my goal.

So this is me publicly saying that I am going to reach my goal (168lbs), no matter how long it takes.

Sorry for wasting all of your times - if you read all that ^
 
I did. You waisted my time you ass hole. LOL jk bro. Thats awsome man just stick with your goal the only person your cheating is yourself. Remember that.
 
Go for it.
"I am going to", just keep telling yourself that and keep with your workout. Soon instead of "I'm going to" you'll be saying "I did".
 
Get to it!
Try this:
get yourself a monthly calendar and hang it up.
For everday that you DONT workout, put a big red "X" on that day. By the end of the month, if it is full of red, it might motivate you even more!
