Hi everyone,
I want to share my story, and I hope to help someone out there who need some motivation. I wasn’t sure I would be able to get my body back after having my second daughter. I have tried a lot of ways to lose weight, but since my day is a busy one (cause I work as a chef account) and I spend the most of the day sitting, I have had no results at all. I was getting nervous and my self confidence was getting lower and lower.
A friend of mine suggested me a mobile app: ReFit - My fitness app, which could help me track all the daily activities, in order not to lose the focus of my goal: losing weight. At the begging I wasn't sure if this would work, but now after 3 months of using this app, I am very happy with my results and it shows me that losing weight for me was possible!! I have lose 22.7 pounds in 3 months!!! I was unbelievable for me, but here I am. ReFit - My fitness app is the one I recommend to everyone who needs not only to lose weight but also to have a healthy and active life. It helps you to maintain your goals: everyday activities (like walking, running); reminder your to drink water, which is a thing I mostly forget about; remind you in case you have reached the difference between cal in and out. The app helped me see the progress of my waist measurements (my biggest problem of post pregnancy). Furthermore I have found a large community, which I can share my everyday progress with and it keeps motivated.
