yes.. I just posted how im in a rut..but just reading through im already feeling better!! Id like to share how i took off 80lbs a few years ago.. I ate small meals every 3 hours.. with little to no fat. Before i started i was thinking " NO FAt? yikes!!" but the thing is .. your body adjusts very quickly. I realised all the years of eating fat for flavor i was missing out on the actual flavor of the food its self. Id cook brocoli in chicken broth instead of heaps of butter. The way i was eating was to eat a protien, healthy carb and a vegatable ..each the size of your fist every 3 hours.. it kept my metabolism up..and i lost 80lbs in about 8mos..I didnt crave junk food, actually the thought of it made me sick..and when u eat healthy..if u do have some occasional junk..it goes right through you.i must admit I didnt exercise much.. just usual daily activities the occasional walk..I know if i had a work out routine i would have lost more. Yes.. i have since put the weight back on..this is because i fell into old habits.. but i feel good in the fact that i know how to do it..its just getting started. THis is also comforting... anything u do for 21 days becomes a HABIT.
 
Hey there I am on a low fat/high fiber diet myself!! It does work great. I can eat a lot of different foods as long as I keep the fat under 20g a day and the fiber 30g and over. The diet was created by Dr. Gabe Mirkin. The fiber keeps me full and happy.
