crap i forgot to also ask if me eatin those 2 apples would it lower my metabolism alot and cause the food like the pb& j to turn into a lot of fat like right after i ate the peanut butter n jelly sanwich i went out and i ran a mile n half

wow, you ran a mile n' a half, then dont worry about it. if you dont want to feel bloated, eat more small meals throughout the day, and drink lots of water. water may make you feel bloated, but its not the bad bloated ;) . along with eating 5-6 small meals a day, each one speeding up your metabolism, the water will speed it up also. just keep a jug of water around somewhere. if you start drinking water enough, you will start to want it. especially after seeing what it does for you. and i always eat apples as my snack before going to bed, they are like if even 50 calories a peice. so dont get discouraged, keep up the diet and excercise. ( you might even lose weight for that day, from what it looks like you ate ) but as for the female thing, you might want to wait for a female to answer

Yes, the bloated-ness and feelings of being over-full are definitely part of getting your period. UGH. I've managed to "train myself" not to indulge when I get those cravings, though.

is the peanut butter your using 100% natural cause that can make a huge difference cause the fats in natty peanut butter are something like 70 to 80% unsaturated fat, and the 20 to 30% is like saturated fat but its not the dangeous trans fats so its good for you and wont go "straight to your thighs"
