This is basically what I am going to do for 1 year

Monday morning, Wednesday morning and Friday morning = Exercise (still from the previous schedule)
Monday evening, Wednesday evening and Friday evening = Pilates (no change)

Tuesday morning and Thursday morning = (changed from exercise to nothing) Break

Saturday = Nothing (changed from exercise to nothing) Break
Sunday = Nothing (changed from exercise to nothing) Break

(Still the same below)

After the extra weight is gone I will just concentrate on ballet exercises, dance exercises (latin based and belly dancing based mostly), cycling, kickboxing and pilates.

Wow man don't overdo it, even God had a day off.

Seriously I would consider doing something like
Mon: Upper + Metabolic (cardio etc)
Tues: REST/Flexibility
Wed: Lower + Metabolic
Thur: REST/Flexibility
Fri: Upper + Metabolic
Sat: Whatever
Sun: REST

then the next week

Mon: Lower + M
Wed: Upper + M
Fri: Lower + M

etc etc
 
yeah...i don't mean to sound discouraging, but that plan is not a sustainable one...i feel that you will burn yourself out quickly. NO need to exercise 2x a day!

I have just changed my schedule (from the first post). Thank you for reminding the occasional muscles aches I get when I over do it.
