I'm 6' 2", male and have ballooned to 230 (was around 205). Most of it appears to have gone to my stomach and butt. Jogging/walking kills my knees and ankles (I have chicken legs, can't support the) and hasn't produced any results either. All I have is resistance bands, a pull up bar and rotating push up gadget thingy. How can I shed the pounds with the equipment I have?
