Hi,
My sister told me about this diet called (REMOVED)

It is working for me, as I have lost almost 25 pounds since the first of the year. I can't find any information on it, or anyone who is using it. Just wondering if it was a safe way to lose weight.

Any help would be apreciated.

What exactly does this diet entail?

It is a plan to help you stick to your diet. It really works for me since I don't have a whole lot of willpower. And I do believe that is what it is called
(REMOVED)

Could be wrong, but I think that's it. Do you think it's O.K.?

Well, considering you asked this exact same question on other sites, I just wonder if you are serious or a spammer trying to spread this diet around..

But, I don't think it is a weight loss plan you can do for the rest of your life. That should be one of the first things you ask yourself when it comes to any weight loss. If you can't, then the chances of you keeping the weight off drops greatly.

Yes, I have asked this question before. I am curious about the implications. Most diets say that you can't cheat, but I have been losing weight while having the foods I enjoy. I was just wondering if it was a safe plan, that's all.

Well first, forget about 'diet'. That is your big mistake because the mentality of diet is bad. It doesn't help you learn how to eat right and properly for the rest of your life. The words 'cheat' makes you think that you are doing something bad. No. It's moderation. It is education. Instead of looking for a golden plan, just read some of the stickies on this forum.

You need to just eat normally with small adjustments to lower your calorie count below what you burn. Start with a food diary for one week and then you can look back and see what changes you can make to lower your intake.
