first, don't post in large font. Most people won't read your post.

2nd, it's not so much about what you eat, but how much you eat ... calories in vs calories out. Starving yourself, however, is the wrong answer. Your body needs the nutrition. Control your meal portion sizes and you will lose weight. It may not be as fast as you want, but it will be healthier and it will be easier to keep the weight off.

Do extra exercise if you want to lose the weight, don't sacrifice the nutrition you get from food. Try doing Tabata training. It only requires 4m of your day and is great cardio

Thank you for the Tip :) Yea...I'm Cant control My portions..That's Why I Just cook Meals for one.

Yea..I'm trying to lose it healthier this time by eating more whole wheat and skimmed dairy.About the Exercise It's Fine :D I Signed up for Basketball which is two days a Week and Swimming which is 3 Days a Week.So Hopefully I'll start the New School year slimmer :D.

Thank You :)

One way to help control portions is to think of your meals broken down like this:

Get out your measuring tape and measure the diameter of the plates that you normally eat off of at home. For this type of portioning to work, your plate should be no bigger than 10 inches across, 9 inches is even better. Not the typical 12 or even 14 inches that many dishes are today! This also doesn't mean that you should fill your plate right to the edges or pile your portions high. Be reasonable about portion sizes.

The fruits and veggies portion can be a combination of the two or multple types veggies. For breakfast, sometimes fruit is preferable over veggies, depending on your tastes.

I hope that helps a bit!
