Thin wrists...

I have kind of unusual problem...
I've been on the heavy side (not really fat) my whole life and had pretty good arms... But the problem is, my wrists are too thin... any way i can correct this? :)

Its a common problem, but not a bad one. Your joints are small and usually muscle bellies are longer. It may be harder to pack on mass (forearms), but its not unacheivable.
 
its not a bad problem but not one you can really fix. what you can do is include a wrist workout to help build muscle, then like rip said, your wrists will look better with bulging forearms.
try doing these workouts with whatever reps/sets/and weights feel comfortable.
wrist curls - with palms up, hold the weight and curl your wrist up
wrist extenstions - with palms down, hold the weight and lift the weight up.
do the same thing with your palm facing to the right of you and to the left of you. (these may require a ligher weight) for all of these keep your arm stationary, only your wrist will move.
another thing you can so is if you have a broom or hockey stick or baseball bat, hold the very end and with your wrist out, like your holding a glass, rotate your wrist from side to side. this will also help strech your wrist.

the other thing you can do is pick up Aikido, they focus a lot on wrist strength.
