Hey I am me. I joined because I thought maybe this would help me. I want to workout more and lose wieght. I just need motivation and I am trying. I work 2 says on 2 days off every other weekend so it's hard to get motivated to go. ANy suggestions...? I am 167 lbs and my "Healthy wieght is 130-145. I would love to get to 135 again... or something that looks good... yeah that's it:ack2:
 
Welcome! How tall are you? What kind of build do you have when at your ideal weight? Skinny, muscular, pear, apple?
