they say your not supposed to weight yourself after eating

but i was curious....if youre 6 lbs over your weight by night even thought you didnt overeat, youre most likely not gonna loose 6 lbs overnight...

I don't know about that. My weight is usually 2-3 lbs heavier in the evening time than it is in the morning. I have, on ocassion, lost 5 lbs overnight.

I think the most important thing is be consistant with the times you weigh yourself. The amount the scales say is always going to fluctuate a little depending on hydration and bowel contents so the best thing to do is track general trends over time by weighing yourself and the same time of day

Usually I weigh 2 pounds more right before I go to bed than first thing in the morning, but sometimes even more. Wouldn't think there could be so much difference. Weigh yourself at the same time...and don't weigh yourself every day. There are also fluctuations from one day to the next.
