I wouldnt really reccomend them unless your metabolism is naturally slow. Your gonna be bouncin off the walls being 15 i know i would have been. Your still young. If your lookin to lose weight try it naturally tell mom to get ya healthy food. Look for the big 3. Protein and lost of it, Carbs, and healthy fats. also dig into cardio thats my biggest problem.
 
Thermogenics can play a role when you get around %10bodyfat and want to get super ripped but someone that's %15 or better don't need any.

They need a soild diet and fitness program.
