Hi. I'm new. And intense. Most people aren't going to want to read this.

There is a place you get to when you're exercising. I haven't completely lost it, but I haven't consistently been there in awhile. I must get back. You're almost a zombie, like you've been taken over and you can't hear anything else that's going on except for the distant pulse of the fast rock music blaring out of the ear phones. I will get back there.

You must be obsessive about it. Weight, exercise, food. It's the only way.

I have overeaten lately and the way my pants fit tells me so. I look down and I don't see the same body I've had the last couple of years. I will get back there.

Exercise: 40 mins elliptical. Couldn't do weights. Pulled inner thigh muscle.

Food:
4:45 handful of wheaties b-4 workout.
Dinner: Part of block of cheese, salad with goat cheese, onion, tomato, basil. Half a thing of french bread. Too much.

Height: 5'7"
Weight? Probably 138-140. That kills me. I will get back to 120.

The best way to lose it fast is to skip dinner altogether. I will try to resist tonight.

Be careful. I don't know how old you are, but food deprivation causes your matabolism to slow down and it's is even harder to lose weight than, and also takes away some neccesary ingredients for your body to develop.

Being opssesive about losing/gaining weight is the first step toward eating disorders ! Don't let it hapen to you !

I agree that taking out dinner makes you drop pounds fast , but starving yourself usually ends in fast weight loss but after a while even faster weight gain. It's the yoyo effect you cannot escape.

Your motivation is amazing, but don't go into extremes. Things like these don't happen over night ( trust me, it was so hard for me to face that), I have read somewhere on this forum this sentence and I think it is useful for this situation: It is a journey, not a destination. Journey that will make you healthier and better - and the weight loss is just a repercussion.

Take care. :)

First, best of luck to you.

Second, if you really want to succeed, you are going to need to eat more.

What kind of weight training are you doing?

Ditch the steady state cardio and add some HIIT.

Hi Welcome to the forum!!!

I would suggest you to eat more, starvation isn't going to take you anywhere. Why don't you go to a dietician? He would surely help you to decide a healthy eating plan.

I'll be here if you need me :D
