The Worlds Best Tuna Salad

Fresh tuna..not the stuff out of a can...

8 ounces fresh tuna (actually my grocery store has previously frozen that is shrink wrapped that's excellent)
1 very ripe haas avocado (high in calories and fat, but it's really a good fat)
1 handful of fresh cilantro, chopped
2 stalks of celery, chopped
2 tablespoons Wasabi Powder(or more, or less depending on your taste) (McCormicks sells this in the spice aisle and it's great)
2 tbs low sodium soy sauce
Juice of 2 -3 limes

Grill tuna (i use a grill pan, but one of those george forman things would be great) to desired degree of doneness. I like it seared because the lime juice will help it cook.

Chop avocado and put in bowl
Add cilantro, celery, wasabi powder, soy sauce and lime juice to avocado and toss gently. Cut tuna into chunks, and add to bowl. Toss gently.

Put in fridge for about an hour or so, and serve over lettuce or tomatos.

Serves two - or one with leftovers for lunch.
