Lately I have been drawn to group classes at my gym, including pump, boxercise and body combat.
I wish to ride the motivation train for as long as it will carry me and I find myself doing a class both in the morning AND in the evening.
My quesion is about rest periods. I understand how important rest periods are in regards weight lifting, but I was wondering how they might figure in regards the type of strength/weight loss classes I am participating in?
In my current frame of mind I would love to do two classes a day from Monday to Friday - but is that counter-productive?
In a related question, is it ok for me to do a pump class EVERY day, or might that also be counter-productive?
Thanks heaps.
