the proteins are now in order,

but the others i will leave as they are as i beleive it is very important to get the variety and they are all good sources!
 
Just a suggestion: non-fat yogurt and fat free yogurt : useless. It brings acid and it's not nutritive, all the good stuff are taken off...

no blueberries? I eat them with my breakfast every day! (and cherries?! I LOVE cherries!) should they really not be on the list?
