dude i took a peak, they look like good idea's i read an article similar on another site but it was more to do with get a work out for under 20 quid kind of article!! i especially like the dog food squats, i told my sister about them she liked the idea... but the way she did it looked more like she was humping it.... but i ust say very original and great idea's!!
