IMPO, if you feel like you have to have a cheat meal, even once in a while, then you must be depriving yourself..... Why ?
I eat a LOT, and I love every bite of food that goes into my mouth. It's either flavorful from the get, or I "flavor it" with whatever kinds of seasonings, or cooking sauces I want to. Some of it has a little sugar, but I use as much art. sweetener as I want to, also.
I make 10 jumbo egg whites taste good every morning, so what does that tell you ?
Besides all that, I eat a BUNCH of fruit, green vegetables, tons of nuts, raisins, peanut butter, and two 3/4 cup bowls (dry) oatmeal, with usually, a cup of strawberries and a cup of silk very vanilla.

The point is, I eat such great tasting food, an so much of it, I feel like I am cheating..... All the time ! Yet I break even at about 4000 cals a day.
Yes, I am a big guy , my work is often very physical, I workout hard, and I play hard too (mountain bike)
Now, I'm not saying everybody, or especially smaller women, would / could ever eat like I do, but its still all relative. I get decently hungry eating 4000 a day.... especially if I'm doing extra cardio.
A smaller guy, or especially a little women might only eat 2000..... but to them this is a lot, as they were only able to eat 1300 a day before they started working out > and eating lower quality foods. {my food is like rocket fuel baby
}
One more thing > there are a LOT of different "treat types" of foods that I don't eat any more > at all. Ice cream is one. Fast food. Highly processed foods with long ingredient lists. Candy bars. {closest I get is maybe a Cliff or Power bar.... justified by 20 to 30 gm protein
I really don't eat cheese anymore either. Just another item with high fat density, while I know I can get better fats from other sources + the fact that, speaking totally for myself, cheese just tends to slow my digestive system down. I'm hammering some serious food, and I need to keep things moving 
However, 1) I eat so many great tasting things in place of these things ^ {and a few more} , and 2) You just get used to it. Note; It's pretty easy to get used to "feeling good" and eating lots of great food

tons of chicken breasts, pork tenderloin, and a little red meat in the freezer ....but this shot was taken 3 days ago, and I've been beating on it pretty hard 
Did somebody say somthing about food depravation ???
