The Trek to Sub-200 Continues... (Before and In-Between - 67lbs down)

Hello folks! I'm just posting some before and in-between for me :) I'm down 67 lbs right now and am slowly working my way down! Started in April of this year at 269, weighed this morning at 202.

Update - 190 and holding fast - Starting to lift heavy finally :)

Hit the gym 6 days a week (Most weeks), eat WAY less than I used to. I do count calories, but I have my cheat days. I also quit drinking anything with calories (Even though I splurge on some Crystal Light Ice Tea now and then).


I did manage to reach my previous goal, sitting at 197 right now :) Nice to be in the 100s again!
 
Really good job! How tall are you? I'm curious, because I'm starting at nearly the same place you started.

You proved my point for me. I know lot's of people do it (just like yourself) that's why I am reminding him NOT to. What's wrong with that?
 
There's absolutely no chance of me gaining it back :) 189 right now and starting to lift heavy, it's time to get some actual muscles now :)
 
Thanks folks :) I feel 10 years younger as well!


The holidays are definitely going to be rough though, I work in an office setting and we always have sweets around. Thankfully I'm lifting now, so I think my muscle gain will help burn some of the calories :)
 
Update time!


I had a little lapse over the holidays, but I'm sitting around 201 or so right now. I've kept most of the fat off thankfully and now I'm working on gaining some muscle. Here are a few new pics :D












Finally in a place where I'm happy lifting, time to start cutting down again :D
