Right i thought i better start a diary of my weight loss.. I dont have pics yet not cause am embarressed but because i cant get my pictures off my phone to send to my computer lol... stupid things ,Right here goes..

Starting Weight 22 stone and 5 and a half pounds, dress size 26/28, dont know my measurements but im going to get them soon,Height 5"2. Anyways here goes...Oh and am following the weight watchers plan for anyone who wants to know and also will start swimming when i get my first stone off ..hopefully :D

Week 1 = 21st 13lb loss of 6lb and HALF !! lol.. omg someone pointed out this is nearly half a stone ? i was amazed !!

Basically what my goal is to get into 16/18 size clothes , when i younger i was about this size and got down to about a 12/14 which everyone said i looked awful (thanks) Ive never been skinny or slim so a dont know exactly how i would look at a certain weight etc.. so ive set my target as dress sizes i suppose,and if i dont like it i can always lose more, I ve not set myself a time limit for this , there no big occasion i would like to be skinny for am doing it for myself, my happiness and my health. Thanks for all your kind words and ill eventually get some pics up so you can see what you guys are inspiring :D
 
hay there, if you are wondering what you might look like at a certain weight there are website out there that you can put in your height and goal weight and it will show you roughly what you will look like! Good Luck with your Goals iam sure you will be there in no time!

Anyway my second weigh in is tomorrow i done a sneaky weigh in myself today and ive gained 2lb :( bloody ell, i did go over my points at the weekend so i know its my fault am a little disheartened but i know i can do it .
I thought id let you know a little about my health as well as i didnt really say much about it in my first post Obvouisly am Morbidly Obese or i wouldnt be hear lol.. I have just been told i have high blood pressure as well recently which is a shock its always been ok as the nurse at the doctors tells me for being overweight its fine ! ? but the last few months its been really high..Ive been checked out by getting blood tests and a ECG on my heart. all came back fine apart from pressure which we knew already but it did give me a fright as i have heart problems running through my family,Ive been told ill not be put on any medication yet as its just tipping the high end and basically they want me to lose weight and stop smoking but i will be on blood pressure screening every 3 months !! Another one am on inhalers for breathing kinda like asthma but more to do with my weight, when, i know a i shouldnt smoke at all and have really cut down but i cant do 2 things this hard at once so ive giving the weight problem first dibs basically. Hope that fills you in on my wrecked body for now :D
 
i hope that those 2lbs will be gone by the morning you wouldnt believe the amount of times thats happened to me! glad to hear the health M.O.T went well, iam sure you will get that blood pressure under control once you've lost a bit more weight!

You're honestly better off not going with medication for HBP at theoutset and trying to get it down with proper diet and exercise..It can be done... my BP was around 145/95 and these days - it's 110/70... with a family history of HBP...

Just be consistent with your behavior and you wil get the results you want.

Don't worry about the 2lb gain- weight will flucatuate - concern yourself with getting healthier habits down.. and the scale will follow...
 
Hi Again guys lol.. i just found out to make a ticker and am not sure if its gonna work so am just going to try it out :D Thank for all your replies ,This is the first time when i think you know what i can actually do this with all the right support and ppl around me egging me on i dont want to let myself down or them lol.. :D, god my bmi is shocking !!
 
dont worry about the bmi it will soon come down mines come down a point from just losing 6lbs :)
 
56.7 was exactly where my BMI was when i started... keep your eyes forward and keep going ahead and you will get it to where you want to be..

Well guys its week 2 weigh in time.... and ive lost 1 pound!!! lol.. well its better than what i thought when i was 2lb up so obviously the water and the illness is making up for something lol..I am really choked up just now heads thumping and my throats sore , achy all over :( i think i wanted to kill someone at work today eso having to do the late night shopping shift and that me basically in the door now !

So WEEK 2 = 21 stone and 12

So offically i have lost half a stone in 2 weeks, am feeling really good about this and you know what the more i think about it the easier it seems ?Its not such a challenge anymore and ive though if my goal is 2lb a week then thats 8lb a month ? which is fine for me i think , plus when i start back my swimming and gyming hopefully it will be more !, Mad i know and i know ive got a lot to go and it wont always come off as much as it is now , but it seems like am not depriving myself any more and just making my own choices about what i eat and do ..am too happy for my own liking i think llf and my trousers were hangin off my ass this morning which is a good sign i suppose and i like the fact that alot of people that i work with dont know about my weight watchers and have commented on me looking slimmer :D awww bless there weee size 8 hearts !!!! lol...
 
aww thats great news hunni well done you! you and i have lost the same amount of weight at this time :) isnt it nice when somebody notices you are losing weight! i havent had that yet, no my nan got told that she looks like shes lost weight when she hasnt :(
 
:piggy:Hey guys and gals , sorry not posted for a few days i been really ill and my asthma was playing up big time, feeling alot better now though :D Well this weeks been good got my 3rd weigh in on Thursday ave not cheated or went over my points and am kinda excited !! lol.. a dunno why it just feels like am finding this easy and i shouldnt ? a dont even think ave felt hungry once well apart from when i do actually need to eat , but not that bored munchie way or eating for the sake of it , but it so good when you look at those scales and youve lost 2lb or something ave got a picture of what 1lb of fat looks like and a wonder to myself where is it going ??? Ave also decided to buy myself a little cheap digi camera which is coming today so ill get some pics up soon, I know ive lost half a stone already but is the best a can do ive got no full body pictures of myself before as you can guess i hated them but youll get to see what i look like and ill use it as a before pic , I have decided that i would like to get to 12 stone, 12 and a half maybe so ive got a way to go but an enjoying it crazy but true.. My bf has also lost half a stone as well which hes very chuffed about , hes not weighing himself weekly though hes sees this as a lifestyle change as do i but hes not too hung up on losing , gaining etc ..ill see if a can get a sneaky pic of us both before and after hopefully but he hates cameras . I hope your all doing well this week and managing to reach your goals. This week am hoping to be 21 stone and 10 so fingers crossed for me :) xxxxx
 
hay sorry you have not been feeling well! well done on keeping to the points and i hope that thursday will be good for you! iam not feeling very happy with my body atm i feel like ive put on thats why i will probably not weigh myself this week :)
 
AWWW just weigh yourself ! you'll be suprised ! Well done my weigh in on Thursday just updating now cause i been busy at work and i only lost 1lb ! i say only cause i though it would be alot more :(
Week 3 I now weight 21stone and 11lb = total of 8 and a half lbs so far :D

i followed my point to a tee this week and some days didnt even have all of them oh well...but i suppose its better than nothing !! really wanted at least 2lb off this week though :( I think one thing i need to get sorted though its having breakfast i havent got myself into a routine of eating it yet i hate the thought of eating that early i prefer my sleep !!So basically my points are getting spilt into having 15 for my lunch (which is one hour) and the other 15/16 when i get in from work which i think is really having an effect on this plan as am having 1 big meal in an hour and basically another big meal at one sitting so am not burning it off quick enough. I am going to see next week and force myself to get up early to have breakfast and see if that makes a diffrence hopefully it does.. ALthough next week is mine and the bf's 7 year anniversary(no ring yet :() lol.. and i really want to go out and have a nice meal without thinking of the points for one day so am going to save as many as posibble, Then am on hoilday for a week which i like cause i can break down my points into breakfast,snack, lunch etc which i find so much better eating little and often.. But we will see how it goes.. P.s going to try get pictures of my wee fat self up tomorrow so you can see me :D

Made a new ticker as a cant seem to work my old one llf does anyone know how to get it up as an actual ticker rather than a link ? arghh

I recommend putting the link in your signature. You can find it on the tab "User CP" and hitting "Edit signature". You can paste the link there. You'll have to move the lines in a bit, though, because the site only allows 3 lines per signature.
