Hi everyone, i'm Meli and i live in England, and i'm starting my new image rehaul starting from this week and i'm joined up here to get osme support and general tips!

At the moment, i'm still in college, but i'm sick of all my friends being around me and everyone noticing that i'm "larger" than everyone else. People may say i haven't got much weight to lose but it's a big thing for me, doing this.

So hi!
And i hope i can help some people whilst i'm here!

I think my main problem at the moment is eating when i'm bored, as i'm often at home during tha afternoon, by myself, but can't get the motivation to do anything but eat.

But this is going to change from NOW! :D

Hello MeliBelle, pleased to meet you :)

One long term change that you might consider making right away is to snack on healthier foods rather than try abstaining altogether. Grazing on smaller meals (or snacks) and more often helps some people, rather than just eating two or three meals per day. If you are considering losing weight through reducing calories, you can still incorporate healthy snacks into your calorific allowance - things like fruits, eggs, low cal yoghurts, crispbreads with low calorie toppings, raw veggies (ie. carrots), small amounts of unsalted nuts etc

However you achieve it, good luck!
