I log my progress every day in my blog, but I thought I might as well use this opportunity to create an additional "highlight reel" of my progress. There's also an accountability factor at play... Something about making the effort public increases my motivation.
As of Day Fifteen, I have lost 20 pounds.
I started at 300. I'm at 280.
