Even if you split this "starter" with three friends, you'll have downed a dinner's worth of calories before your entree arrives. Follow this up with a steak, sides, and a dessert and you could easily break the 3,500 calorie barrier.

I beg to diagree.. We need both, willpower and information. Information helps in building thoughts, strategies, plans of diet or exercise. Willpower helps us to do these things.

I was at the end of the first article that highly obese people did skip their breakfasts. That´s a very important point, I believe the breakfast is super important, if you skip it you will trigger your hunger during the rest of the day.

Great point. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day because you have just been starving yourself for 8-10 hours since your last meal. Your body needs food right when you get up to get the furnace going.

How are any of those things "secrets"...??? Isn't it common sense that fat people eat more? I mean, that's all the author is saying. He did nothing but tell us things that we already know. And, he took one simple fact - fat people eat more - and tried to stretch it out into an entire article. In my opinion, he failed.

I know that people are stupid morons, but it still amazes me that common sense is viewed as being some sort of intelligent information that can only be obtained through extensive research and intricate studies.

Yes, fat people use bigger plates because they eat more food because they're fat. This author did nothing but point out the obvious, but I bet he feels as though he did us some great service by writing down things that eeeeeverybody already knows. What's next on his agenda? A two part biopic about how fat people wear bigger clothes or how the moon only comes out at night?
