I just wanted to share my love hate relationship with the scale. When I love the scale (usually when I am losing weight) I must step on that blasted thing a minimum of 4 times a day. First thing in the morning, sometime in the afternoon, some time in the early evening and before I go to bed at night. On a crazy day I can actually step on that scale more times. When I know I have gained weight I avoid it like the plague. It is so silly I know but I just do it.
Are they any other openly scale obsessed people out there?
