1. The role of 10 : Take 10 minutes to talk to your doctor today. He will help you to lose weight in a simple and effective way by using Healthier Weight Program.
2. The role of 20 : Take 20% less food intake. Excesive intake of cabohydrate, protein snd fat will contribute to extra calories and will be stored as fat in the our body. surely you don't beleive that playing golf while using a cart actually counts as exercise?

Going to the local bar should count as exercise too if that's the case... I m ean it's hard work tossing back pints of guiness.. and I get extra steps going to the restroom :D

Hey, if that counts as exercise, what about picking up socks off the floor 241 times a day?

No wait, the kids do that. They stole my exercise!

Or what about consciously forcing oneself to remain calm when one's kids discover the miracles of putting chocolate bars thru the wash cycle in the washing machine? That must burn up more calories than Turbo Jam! :)

Time to fold the socks,
