Hi guys - well here's the thing - been training and eating properly for 8 weeks here, total fatty-nerd type, 30 yo, no prior experience, 25% BF. Basically, 
So far the results of 8 weeks of effort is this: lost 2 kilograms, feel better, much more concerned about health than before.
Obvious issue: while I'm happy with the results, it's pretty clear that at this rate it's going to take me years - maybe 4 or 5 - to get anywhere near what some of you look like (Chillen comes to mind)
. And take it from experience, if a geek tells you he just wants to 'feel better' by going to the gym - he's lying. The truth it - he wants to look ripped, like you guys!
So I'm really curious - when I read that you go to the gym 3x a week - do you mean you're going there now 3x a week but before you used to live in there, or does it mean you always went 3x a week? As for the time (ie, 99% of the week), when you are not going to the gym, are some of you guys builders by trade or something, or going to martial art classes or similar?
I'm really curious!
