THE RIGHT UNDERSTANDING MAKES HEALTHY EXERCISE TECHNIQUES
“Our inborn physical instinctive capacity and mental understanding capabilities strongly contribute to what makes well trained techniques.”
“I know” has no actual sense of understanding the truth.
“I understand” must have the connection of knowing what is right in being true.
Knowing about physical exercise for health is easy.
Understanding the-health-in- exercise can be difficult.
Relating to your present-health is your moment of truth.
How many times have you discussed things with other individuals regarding his or her actions of “right and wrong”, “good and bad” and their final reply is “I know…” and they still continue to proceed with doing the same thing?
One’s intellectual beliefs do not always reflect one’s actual behavior; the truth is in the movement and not of thoughts and from words.
The health of many people’s lives are lived from having “dualistic-health” – thinking one thing and doing another or saying one thing and not doing anything.
When using our bodily functions one of the misunderstood psychological and mistreated physiological things is exercise: strength training, stretching and endurance types of progressive exercise.
Exercise is to “build” you up and not “beat” yourself up!
The way people take the health of their body into exercise looks more like “exorcise.”
We know about exercise-fitness but what we don’t understand is HEALTH…actual human-health.
Attaining the “external ideal health” is not actual health and optimal fitness.
EXERCISE is not a way to your health but the way your present-health takes to exercising.
The measure of one’s health-in-exercise means you can’t neglect or reject one part of the body and accept the other parts.
Breathing is the most significant movement in physical exercise for it only gives to the whole body what your body needs – energy – that, which is the carrier-messenger of information for life.
NOW, can the whole of human health with all its active living-giving content be realized while exercising?
CAN the “exerciser” make it possible in being fully aware in registering and responding only what is necessary and relevant in totally sensing the actual health rather than the idea of health while exercising?
THE Essential Understanding in progressive physical exercise is that the “exerciser” must remember what it is that gives exercise its profound meaning and significance to human life:
The human body’s content of health which is living-giving systems of energy.
