I really don't like to eat out, but occasionally I get stuck at a restaurant and wonder how I can enjoy the food without feeling guilty. What are the best things to order?
Normally I like to order whatever fish they have with veggies, and usually substitute another serving of veggies for the rice. Is that a reasonable meal, or are there any hidden dangers there?
And I know the bread most places serve is a big no-no. That is proabably the biggest temptation in the world for me, but I can usually avoid it.
