Hi Moomin

First of all, welcome to your new weight loss journey. I would recommend a book for you and it's call the "Calorie King calorie, fat, & carb Counter".

If I may, I would like to point out a few things that you shouldn't have in your diet.

Potatoes, bread, & rice paper

All three are HIGH in CARBS. Carbohyrates break down into sugars. If you're wanting to lose weight, you will need to watch your carb intake and eat more protein.

Here's some sugguestions:

1-Figure out how much carbs you are taking in a wk. Then add it up and see where you stand. You can start setting a goal to slowly cut back on your carbs without starving yourself and putting your body into shock.

2-Start adding protein to your diet like: chicken, red meat, pork, & turkey burger. If you get the book, it will show you what meat has no carbs and what does.

3-If you're a snacker, eat jello that is sugar free/low calorie, hard boiled eggs, pork skins/rinds, whatever that has NO carbs in it.

4-Don't forget your veggies and dairy. If you want to watch your milk intake, drink the unsweetened almond milk. It will kinda taste a little different but you will get use to it.

5-Have oatmeal for breakfast. Thats great to have to start your day off with.

That should get you started on a different diet route. Let me know if you need help with anything.

:waving:

Hey there Moomin, how are things going?

Are you eating enough for your weight? I'm no expert by a long shot, but I'd answer that with, what does your body think, yes or no?

There's a lot of different advice out there. Listen to it all, but only act on what works for you :)
