I'd say with any exercise, do what you enjoy or can tollerate. Once it becomes dull or you lose interest, all sorts of things happen; you stop focusing on improving and just to the same thing over and over or your posture drops and you lose the exercise benefit or your body becomes used to it and doesn't feel challenged...
I'd say make sure you feel you want to do the exercises. As long as your body is able to rest between intense days so it can rebuild, theres no issue with whatever you chose to do. Theres no right or wrong way to do anything really, its what works for you. Personally I know I'd get bored so would need to chop and change, add in other things like weights, other people/classes, the powerplate, varying the positions or movements as much as possible.... but thats just me. I have a low boredom threshold!
