The Ninjas Week 1 Diary

Hello everyone,

So, just finished week 1 of my new lifestyle and good news, I feel great.
Ive lost 5 lbs in my first week, I know this is probably made up of some water loss but its a great result.
The differences Ive noticed is staggering, firstly Ive went from running a mile and almost dieing to being able to run 2 miles and not feel too bad.!!!!!!
I can also fit 2 fingers under my belt on my trousers, last week my belt was really tight around my waist (same belt hole).

Other than that I just feel proud and empowered that im actually making positive changes to my life. Im glad I found this forum as Ive enjoyed reading you stories and inspiration.

It is empowering knowing that we are taking control of our lives and making a difference!
 
Bit of both lol, ive cut out all junk and increased my exercise and its working.

I used to eat crisps/chocolate at work, now I eat apples and bananas.
I used to get about 45 minutes exercise a week, now im running most days.:)

My target is christmas so I have time to take it a bit slower and gradually get my weight down.
