My goal is to get to 145 lbs. I haven't been there in a long time. Since the beginning of college. But, I look and feel good at that weight. I like the clothes that I can buy at that weight. Currently, I'm 162.5 as of this morning. It's not a terrible weight. In fact I'm in the realm of a healthy BMI. That's huge for me, because for the last few years I've been in the 170's up to 180's. And I recently had a baby (7 months recent). I ballooned up to 235 during my pregnancy, so having lost all of that weight. I feel much better and also confident in my ability to lose. Unfortunately, I've pretty much stalled out in the low 60's. I'm here writing this diary and posting to remotivate and recommit myself to finishing the task, and getting to my goal weight. So, I currently have 17.5 lbs to lose. My plan is to lose 2 lbs a week. To drink more water. To reduce my carb intake by cutting out breads and pastas. Eat loads of fruits and vegetables and good quality protein and to run 4 times a week. I ran 3 miles yesterday and it felt good. I want to complete at least 20 miles a week. I'll probably have to work up to that.
