So from the time I was pregnant to now having a baby I have been needing a small snack at night. It kicks in when my little guy wakes up to feed. My stomach starts to ache and growl, I always feel like I am starving. What are the best foods to eat for those late night snacks?

Cheers,
Gulianna

Something milk based will feel filling and help settle you back to sleep. Have a glass od warmed skimmed milk 9no honey, no sugar, no flavorings and definetly no coffee/caffiene!).

If your still feeling very hungry I'd say have some porridge oats, it sounds like when you wake, your body thinks its getting up for the day and you get a part physiological part psychological hunger, its a bit of a battle but try to keep what you eat minimal if you know a few hours later your going to get up for breakfast, like 200mls of milk, you may still feel hungry though not as ravenous, and maybe able to override the hunger with sleep.
