I am 14 years old, 7% body fat and can feel my abs easily, but i want them to be more visible, i just cant get rid of the last bit of belly fat, i've been struggling with this problem for ages! and i want to sort it out now! im 5ft 4in by the way. any suggestions on what i should do to make my abs more visible?
