The last 10lbs

The last 10 pounds is considered for many people hard because its most likely hard to lose. Anyone who has been dieting for some time realizes that pounds come off faster some weeks than other weeks. But the last 10 pounds is focused on so much by dieters that they tend to believe its harder to do than the previous pounds. If you continue to eat under your maintenance you will lose the pounds, it may take more time but it will come off. First of all, how much do you weigh? knowing that and your height, find out your estimated maintenance level for your body (calories burned) and eat 300-500 calories under that. Exercising throughout the week helps too, but this is all stuff im sure you already know. So just continue to do what you have been doing and congratulations on your success so far. I have been working on my last 10 pounds for almost a month now and its a lot slower process then before! so hang in there!
