Hi everyone. I am very excited to be taking the first step to weight loss. I accept that I am overweight and I have a bad relationship with food. For years I have allowed food to control me and "pretend" to be my friend. I have used food as the excuse for everything, good or bad. I am done! How is it possible that I would allow FOOD to determine my every mood? How could I allow my bad habits to transfer to my children? Not a minute longer. This ends here and my new life starts now. I hope to have your support and understanding. I will do my best to support you too.
 
You certainly have my support. I am so pleased that you have joined my challenge. We will all have so much fun and make such good progress with our projects.

I appreciate your support. Today was a great first day. I went on FitDay and logged all my meals and my day long of painting. It seems I am doing well! I will post pictures every two weeks. :)
