The Firm or Tae-Bo?

I'm a skinny guy with pot belly and would like to know which of the two systems would be the BEST for me to get rid of my gut? I'm thinking The Firm but isn't that for women only?

I did the Firm for like a year and loved it. Yes, most of the people on the tapes are women. But the exercises work the same for men & women - just use heavier weights. Some of the moves are very 'dancey' but then there are a lot of basic strength moves. Be careful though, there's a lot of step-aerobics, and a lot of high impact stuff which really killed my knee.
 
IMO these are likely the two best tapes out there, and it would be best to use and alternate between both. For the Firm, step up blocks and some light barbells are required that can be bought as part of their tape packages. Inexpensively found on Amazon or Ebay.
