the energy and motivation for training

Dear friends,

as a new member I would like to say hi to all of you! From my personal experience, the hardest thing when battling with overweight is the lack of motivation and the right nutrition. Here I must admit, I found great formula to overcame both of these issues.

Since my solution is tightly connected with the right nutrition (which, because of respect of the rules of the forum I don't want to expose with this thread), I am offering you advice via private message - of course if you are willing to put some effort into it - we are not talking about - no sweat one minute miracle soutions!

If you would like to have some words about this approach, I will gladly help - just drop me a note and desribe your goals :)
