foodwise...
Breakfast:
1/2 cup oatmeal in water, flavor with splenda and cinnamon
1 egg, 1 egg white, over easy
apple or orange
glass of soy milk
Same almost everyday, will eat more on days i bike 50 miles (usually saturday, do double serving of oats) once and a while i go out to breakfast with my pops, usually have a veggie omelet.
2 hours Later: Snack, usually cottage cheese, hardboiled egg, small can of tuna, fruit, 1/2 of peanutbutter sandwich with wheat bread, yogurt, peanuts, etc...
Lunch: Salad with chicken, pb sandwhich with cottage cheese and celery smothered in salsa, tofu tacos, turkey club on wheat no mayo, fish fillets
2 hour snack: same as earlier
Dinner: On days I work out this is protien heavy, i eat mostly fish, soy, and organic chicken, not much beef or pork. I like to make stir fries, bbq, baked fish. On bike and run days more carb intensive, whole wheat penne with pesto, butternut squash on the grill, maybe i go out to eat and get sushi or Italian food, whatever.
Then i snack again at night similar to the rest of the day.
I drink a ton of water, do not eat saimple carbs, dont eat dairy cept for cheese sometimes, organic meat eggs, natural foods... blah blah blah.
A few times a month when I have cycled alot I will go into hunger mode and just eat whatever i want for two days. This is still all good food, healthy and what not, i just eat 4 times as much.
No fastfood, no frozen food, no processed food.
Thats about it.
