So the reason this is version 2... Is because version 1 never really got off the ground and it wasn't going anywhere. So I'm starting version 2 as a clean slate, and hopefully, a much more productive diary.
My goals are not enormous, but I am stuck. I am female, 24 years old, I am 5'11, and I currently weigh 170 pounds; my goal weight is 160 pounds. I lost the first 15 pounds of my goal quite easily, and to say that this is some plateau is not entirely true -- I'm slipping up. I'm not eating as I know I should be. I've been continuing my exercise routine 3 days a week, and that plus my moderate to sometimes awful eating has been keeping me at this weight for many weeks. I want to bust through this wall and get down to my goal.
Here's the major points:
I need to eat more, and I know it. I tend to overreat unhealthily at home because I'm not planning my at-home meals as well as I plan my at-work meals. This results in a huge yo-yo between my strict eating habits at work, and not really giving a f* at home.
I will continue my hour-long cardio class, 3x a week. It works well for me and keeps my heart rate at about 193bpm throughout.
I need to start weight-training again. I've stopped doing it in the past few months, and there is a huge difference in how I look. I feel all soft.
I need to stop drinking so much. I'm not taking that into consideration with my diet, and it completely undermines my calorie-counting.
I need support. I really do. Please don't be shy and leave me some comments if you have any!
