The Day After Exercise

I am new to this forum. Hope this is the right place for this post.
I have a weird problem. I am 37, 202 pounds, 5 ft 9 inches
I have been working out (3-4 days/week) fairly regularly for 6 years now.
The problem is as follows:
I do 30 min on level 5 on the stationery bike. Then I do some pushups, followed by stretches and then some weight(machine) training.
I am great through all this - I feel great after the workout. However the next day I start to feel lightheaded which becomes pronounced when I am hungry. Its not significant enough to upset daily activity but it is annoying.
I had ECG, EKG, Stress test - all normal; extensive bloodwork( no diabetes, no cholesterol, no electrolyte shortage, normal thyroid function)- all normal
Any one else with this? Why do I struggle like this - I want to train for a marathon but am scared...
Any help will be great - if there are any sports medicine experts on here, that would be great.
