Hello, everyone
Stats:
- 19 year old female
- Asian
- first year student
- 163cm (5'4)
- starting weight: 58,8kg
Milestones (keeps me motivated):
- 58kg (X)
- 57kg (X)
- 56kg ( )
- 55kg ( )
- 54kg ( )
- 53kg ( )
- 52kg ( )
I'm writing a physics test in roughly an hour's time, and I've been studying since 01:30 AM - I'm tired, I'm cranky, I stink and need a bath, so bare with me if I don't make sense or if there's mindless swearing (don't swear much in real life but there's definitely PG18 LV in this head).
So from around August 2008 - February 2009, I'd managed to slim down 9kg (19.8lbs) and maintained my weight for good while - better still, it was from regular exercise and a healthy diet, not crash diets and fasting like I'd always done. BUT I'm ashamed to say that most of it has crept back on (I've always been an emotional eater, I have SAD and it's my first year of university > stress level maximum!!).
Sure, I hate the camel-toe and the flabby gut but I mostly miss being fitter, of feeling like I have control. And I got a real kick from watching those numbers going down
So here I am, again. Motivation is most welcome!
(By the way, I'm guessing my current weight is about 62-63kg (138-ish) but it kills me to see those numbers, so I haven't weighed myself in a good while and I don't plan on doing so for a couple of weeks - I need that initial, "YES!! I've lost 5kg since my last weigh-in!!" booster

I'd sure appreciate that - I was hoping to find a weightloss buddie! My goal is to settle around 50-53kg. I think a BMI of 19-20 is trim, cute and healthy (and health, for me, is quite a big issue now, what with studies getting more and more hectic).
<this so cute
Jus! Weight is now down to 56.8kg!! Second milestone, cleared
