Hey guys! Feels good to be back on the forum again, I had a diary here a while ago, and then got busy and started slacking and eventually quiting posting alltogether. Since then my diet has kind of gone downhill a bit - it has gotten better, and is about as good as it was once before. I teach ALOT of high impact BodyStep classes, and a few other types here and there. I am trying to loose that last little bit of flab around my midsection. There is not much, but I would like to be able to wear just a sports bra and not have anything jiggle during class
Anyhow, any critique or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Also I work nights a veterinary emergency center, from midnight to 8am, every other week. Weird schedule, but I really like it. I am on my week off right now, and I go back to work tonight for the next 7 days.
Here are my statistics right now -
height- 5'9
age- 21
sex - female
weight - ~140ish
BF% - no idea, will try to get it checked tonight when I go to class.
Here is my day so far....
8am - bowl of oatmeal (the real stuff, not instant) with 1 banana, a handful of blueberries, and a handful of almonds.
10am - tablespoon or so of natural peanut butter on plain rice cake, 1 apple
noon - one of those hickory smoked tuna packets, spinach salad with chick peas and baby carrots, about two tablespoons light italian dressing. piece of dark chocolate, I am so bad! But it was 88% cacoa!
Okay that is as far as I have gotten. I am about to have a snack, as I have to head to the gym soon for the evening... two classes tonight, and I have new choreography for step that I have to learn.
I try not to count calories too much, I got down to 119 lbs last august before I was an instructor, and would obsessively work out and not eat enough. I could not lift crap as far as weights go, and my stamina suffered during classes. So I try now to keep my calories at least 2000-2400, does this sound reasonable? Thanks guys, your awesome!
