Dearest Diary/everyone reading this!

Short and sweet.
I went a bought a scale today, if I am going to do this right I will need to monitor my weight. However, I don't only want to go off a number but will go with how I feel/clothes fit.

Today I am 150.8. My goal is going to be 138.0.

I have a feeling the first few are going to be very easy for me to take off. I will be much more active than I have been in months, I eat well, and am motivated (at least I am today! I guess that's why I'm here)

I am on the internet enough, so I thought I could test out a forum.

EXCERSIZE!
Today I went for an hour walk.
Tomorrow I have a tennis date :)
