"The Book of Muscle"

I'm new here and have been lifting seriously for about 9 months. I just wanted to share a book and a routine that have been helpful to me.
"The Book of Muscle" by Ian King has three progressively difficult 6 month programs. I'm half way through the Int. program and have seen good results.

Anyone else familiar with this book or have any other fitness books they've found helpful?
