I posted this link in another thread but thought it deserved special attention:



It has the calorie count of wines, coolers, beers and common mixed drinks. It is very true that some alcohols are better than others.. the difference between a Bloody Mary (22 calories) and Sex on the Beach (292 calories) is huge for the same amount (4.1 - 4.2 oz).

Anyway.. before you go drinking.. I strongly suggest some research to make your drinking experience less of an influence on your diet! You can have fun and still behave :cool: ;)
 
Wow, my beloved Mikes Hard Lemonade has 240 CALORIES FOR 1!!!!!:eek: :( :eek:

Knowing how many points each drink has is very helpful especially since I am counting points.

Cosmopolitan cocktail 2.5-oz= 170 ... wow didn't know
Zinfandel, white === 80 - not as bad as i thought

those are my 2 faves, depending on the occasion
