The beginning

Hey guys!
16 year old girl, im 5'5 and 132lbs.
ive been working out for a while but i havnt been so very strickt with my eating. but my plans from now on is to set up a diet and lose 11-13lbs in pure fat so i look more defined. and im going to be very serious with my weight training. my goal is to be strong and muscular but at the same time feminin. but my problem is: should i lose weight first, or should i go bulkin right away? im really uncertain about this.. pleas help me here. and ill be happy if i get some comments on the pics, and tips what to do :)

and by the way.. i do have more fat on the body than it looks like on those pics

I'd suggest cutting fat first - that way you'll look more muscular even before adding any.
 
You can do so by posting a diary in the diary section. Listing your workout regimen and food plan in detail will get you more accurate feedback. Good luck.
